Data Recovery

Data recovery is done on a best effort basis.

An hourly rate is applied which must be agreed upon before the start of work. Once data is recovered, the percentage of data recovered is then applied to the invoiced amount.

Using the above mentioned billing method allows to client to know that a true best effort is being done. In short: no data recovered, no cost to you the client.
